Direct/Reactive colors are fully saturated, not washed out and the dye penetrates the garment. Pigment colors are weathered/washed out; dye does not penetrate garment and the label is dyed as well.

- No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- All claims for shortages or damages MUST be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods.
- Relabeled, printed, or embroidered goods are not returnable.
